Cloud Consulting Inc. is a full-service Website/Email design and development firm owned by Ken Cloud in Richmond, VA.
Ken's philosophy is simple. "I want to provide an environment where my clients can feel comfortable talking to me about anything," he says. "With my knowledge and their goals, together we can work out a solution that impacts their business. It is important to me to create some efficiencies and ultimately impact their bottom line."
Ken prefers to keep the firm small and focused, concentrating on building relationships with a few clients at a time. This enables the firm to keep overhead low and it allows clients the ability to interface directly with Ken as their project manager. Each job is directed by Ken personally and enhanced by one of several experienced staff members.
